Meet Amy
Hello! My name is Amy Malkin. I have been an influential teacher working with all ages and abilities for over 20 years. I have always been coaching, supporting and empowering my students and friends to achieve their full potential, and reach their goals.
In 2021 my life took a sharp turn that I was not expecting and I ended up unable to work as a teacher anymore. It was at this point that Debbie (who is my long time friend) and I decided to coach and empower each other so we could reach new heights knowing each other’s limitations both physically, socially and emotionally. Whilst we were doing this, I studied many qualifications and programs that would help me be the me I had forgotten. Coaching, reiki, meditation practitioner and more.

Meet Debbie
My name is Debbie James and there was a time when I could only dream of moving freely. At my heaviest—20 stone. I relied on a wheelchair, as my cerebral palsy made it difficult to stand. When doctors warned me I might not see 40, I had to take a step. First into the pool, where I could move without pain. Then into the gym, slowly building strength. Eventually, I joined fitness classes and refusing to give up, I have lost 9 stone and gained mobility, confidence, and a new lease on life.
I have a background in Forensic Psychology and now have qualifications such as Gym Instructor and life coaching. Together with my lived experience, my focus is on helping others with behavior change, movement, and rebuilding confidence from the inside out. I understand how mental and physical well-being are deeply connected and how small, compassionate steps forward can create big changes.
